Child Hood (upto 14 years) : Most of the doshas (health problems) are because of Kapha
Adult (14 - 60 years): Most of the health problems are because of Pitta
Senior Citizens (Above 60 years) : Most of the health problems are because of Vata
To Reduce Tensions / pressure at home
Together go for morning or evening walk
Together eat the food by sitting on the ground (helps trigger muladhara chakra)
Always speak with sweet words and love
If mistake has happened or you see the issues, with-out second thought take the owner-ship and resolve the issues
Kitchen shall become the medicines home
To Avoid Health Issues
Replace all plastic utensils with either mud-pot, iron utensils or good quality steel utensils
Use steel or glass bottle for water, instead of plastic bottles.
Non-stick thava shall be replaced with iron thava (helps is reducing the iron deficiency issues)
Use cocunut oil or ella-enne (Sesame oil), instead of low-quality refined oils.
Use Millets, instead of polished rice, low quality packaged Godhi(wheat). You can use original java Godhi (java wheat).
Solution for Constipation
Take 50ml pure cocunut oil + warm water at night before sleep
Shareera Shuddhi (once in three months):
For 2.5 / 3 litres of clean Alkaline water + Lemon juice(3-5) + Saavayava salt
Drink 2 - 3 glasses of above mentioned warm water and perform bhujangasaana, Parivrutha Triknoanasa, twist and jump
If gone for toilet, please drink another glass of water
Please ensure the toilet has happened for 4-5 times
For 1 liter alkaline water + 0.5 lemon skin (sippe) + 1 bevina / bilva leaf + 0.5 kattu kothambari + 10 karibevu leaf (boil the water with light fire)
Drink 2 glasses of above water to stop loose motion and roll on the ground for two rounds (approx 5 mins)
After the above drink alkaline water and sleep on left side with shishupala asana
After the shareera shudhi, please take soft foods like
kichadi made of arka or korale and cocunut oil
mosaru bajji (desi aakalu mosaru = curd + Buud kumbalukai = pumpkin)
kosambari
if the anus burns, arallenne (oil) shall be applied
Next day light meals like Dosa or Idly
Ensure to drink warm water for the whole day and next day
Worms problems in kids stomach
1 garlic + Jagary + 100 ml pure alkaline water
Mix well using the mixer and drink the filtered water in the night and sleep
Worms will die and come-out as part of stools in the Morning
Acidity
Reason is because of pitta (fire)
Avoid green chillies
Avoid late sleeping and late getting up from Bed
Drink water early in the morning immediately after waking up from the bed
Raise from bed only after sleep on right side for 5mins
Avoid Coffee / Tea / Sugar
Avoid low quality Ready-made / packaged foods
Avoid plastic for drinking water or cooking utensils
Avoid thinking too much on any issues
Avoid getting Angry, jealous, depression, non-satisfaction, sadness
Avoid hot-water bath instead use warm water
Pitta Dosha
Issues Caused : Diabeties, Thyroid, Obesity, Heart Attack, Brain tumors, Ulcers, Skin problems, Kidney problems, Ears pain, Hair fall, white hair, gastric, Acidity, Infertility, Memory loss, unstable mind, getting angry for small issues, Migran, Eye problems, urine infection.

Keep making movements in effected areas of the body
Sit on ground for eating the food (activates muladhara chakra)
Avoid sweet potato, potato, Batany, Avarekai, badanekai
Take 5kg potao make it chemical free, After 6pm along with potato skin make small pieces, place in mud-pot for the night. In the morning move it to steel container, mix well and take along with morning water (usha paana)
Use cocunut oil

Bilwa pathre kashaya
Nimbu leaves kashaya
Asthma
Take Tulsi Pudina Kashaya
2 or 3 dodda pathre leaves + 2 spoon pure honey + 1/4 spoon cooking termaric + 5 black pepper + 5 lavanga . Powder them and give it to lip the same morning and evening.
Weakness Of Nerves:
Reason is pitta / glucose in nerves
Garike Leaves juice
1 week use only cocunut oil
1 week use only sesame oil / ellu-enne
Use cold water bath
Swim, walk, jog
Pranayama like Basthrika, anuloma viloma and naadi sudhhi pranayama
